Returns & Exchange Policy

At MyCreed, every order is fulfilled with care through our production partner Printful. Because each item is printed specifically for you, returns work a little differently than traditional retail.

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description

  • Photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


2. Size Exchanges

Since each product is printed specifically for your order, size exchanges are generally not offered unless:

  • The product was misprinted

  • The wrong size was sent

  • The garment arrived damaged

To assist customers, we provide detailed sizing charts on each product page.


3. Return Address

All U.S. returns are routed to our fulfillment center:

Important:

  • This address is for product returns only

  • Do not send letters, documents, or legal correspondence

  • Non-return mail will be returned to the sender

  • Please contact us before sending any return so we can guide you through the process


4. Customer-Initiated Returns

Because items are made-to-order:

  • Unwanted items

  • Buyers’ remorse

  • Wrong size choice

  • Change of mind

…are typically not eligible for a refund or exchange.

However, if you have concerns, reach out—we want every MyCreed customer to feel valued.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Because Printful often starts printing quickly, cancellation windows are short.

Contact us immediately if you need help.


6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

  • An item is defective

  • An incorrect item was received

  • A replacement cannot be produced

  • Your order is lost during shipping

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.


7. How to Request a Return or Refund

8. Return Process Notifications

You will receive an email from Printful when your return arrives at the fulfillment center. We will then help you decide whether:

  • A replacement should be shipped
    or

  • A refund should be issued
